The Infographic Journey of Stefan Kanchev
In crafting my infographic dedicated to the esteemed graphic designer Stefan Kanchev, I embarked on a journey to encapsulate his remarkable legacy while honoring the era that defined his work.
Inspired by the Soviet Union propaganda prevalent during Kanchev's time, I chose a palette of beige and red, accented by brown for contrast. These colors evoke the nostalgia of his era and pay homage to his creative milieu. Additionally, a touch of green was added to represent Kanchev's Bulgarian roots, echoing the colors of the national flag.
Drawing from Kanchev's expertise in postal mark design, I structured the layout and border of the infographic to mimic the edges of a postal mark. This choice serves as a subtle
